25 July 2002 - Alleged victim named on English Web site
Overnight report from England was posted claiming that it named the victim and the other two men arrested
A report from England, that claimed to name the victim and the other two men that had been arrested appeared on the internet overnight.

Lawyers representing the alleged victim advised, 'The person named was not him'

The location of the internet site is not able to be revealed due to the suppression order placed upon the media
